About the founder
Pamela Stewart-Martinez
A strategist, organizer, and public-affairs leader who knows how to bring institutions and communities to the same table—and move from conversation to action.
Pamela brings years of leadership across civic engagement, environmental justice, electoral politics, advocacy, and coalition building. A former political director and four-time candidate for public office, she combines firsthand political experience with a deep understanding of how policy decisions are felt at the neighborhood level.
Her work is grounded in a simple belief: the people closest to a challenge must help shape its solution.
